Howdy doody! Here’s a random picture of me eating a beast of a pizza!

About me ———————>

I’m a skinny little fellow by the name of Lewis Clarke, or Lewis J F Clarke if it’s my author name (God that sounds pretentious!). I’m from a small town called Watford which is just outside of London. Long story short I got bored one day and said to myself “f*** it, I’m gonna write a book!” (just like I’m sure all of us have at some point) I decided to write for an hour a day and assumed that I’d get bored of the idea after a couple of days. 3 weeks later I realised I was half way through and thought that I might as well finish it, and eventually I did!

So from then on I just continued to spit out books until I got bored. Here I am nearly seven years down the line and nine books altogether (8 of those are published) I’m still enjoying it. I prefer doing this and having something at the end of it than building a world class team on Fifa with Watford! I published my first book ‘The Price of Fame’ in August 2014 and it wasn’t as complicated as I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it WAS complicated, but everything worked itself out in the end. I finished my sixth book in 2016 and I was writing my seventh book whilst travelling but I had to abandon that idea. Click here to find out why, and no it doesn’t involve serious amounts of cocaine…..

Fortunately I got around to that book a few years later, and finally finished the first draft of ‘Madison’ in 2017. It was tough to get back into the mindset for that book, but I’m glad I did.

Click here to view my third book, ‘Destiny’. This book only has three reviews, but they are both 5 stars. So hooray for me!

I was teaching English in Thailand, then I decided to go travelling halfway around the world. It didn’t go as planned so I went back to England for a year to save up some money. Then I went nomadingit.com around Europe until I found a job somewhere doing either bar/hotel work or teaching English.

Finding a job in Europe didn’t work out for me, and in the end I got offered a job in Thailand and went back to Chiang Mai. I did that for a few years, and during that time I have published two more books. The first one being about a young naive pornstar making her way in the industry

Then after finishing with teaching I decided to focus more on my books, and in the meantime I finally got the book ‘Madison’ published. There are some outstanding reviews for it so far, and I’m glad it’s touched so many people. For more information on this book, click on the book cover further down the page.

Click here to view ‘Stranded’ I have six reviews already which speak for themselves. Judging by the feedback I’ve gotten off of this book if any of my books are to go viral soon it would be this one…

.

On top of that, I wrote a complex book called ‘The Chatroom’ in the space of three and a half months! I ended up publishing that particular book in early 2020, taking my published book total to eight. Not bad for a guy who didn’t go to Uni…

.

So now I am taking things one year at a time. I am currently in Chiang Mai and unless something drastic happens, that will be where I am based for the time being, especially while COVID has made things uneasy for the majority of the world. I don’t really know what the future holds for me, but isn’t that the beauty of it…? Let’s just go with it and see where the world takes us…

And that’s it for now. Click any of the book covers to find out more about the books. If you buy and/or review any of them, then thank you so much for supporting me!

  1. You turned out to be one busy beaver! What a gift it would be if these books also sold as you would hope they did? Then you’d just have to start out with a ‘no 4’?!
You might (without realizing it) just have started a ‘never ending story’?

    • I have a feeling I have. I’ve got at least three more book ideas ready to go and as long as I still enjoy it I don’t see why I can’t keep writing for the next 40 years or so.

Looking forward to finding out more about Norway on your blog. I’ve always wanted to go to Scandinavia. It looks absolutely gorgeous!

      • I shouldn’t brag, but I share your opinion and that’s why I’ve ventured onto the ongoing project of photographing as much as I possibly can before my age gets me.
        A good tip:
In the bottom of each post you’ll find a link to my INDEX. Please use it!

The Index contain all what’s published, listed alphabetically and under their respective counties. You may also see how many pictures included in each post and which photographer that did the job.
By inserting the unique individual photographers code (see lower right in pictures) in the small text widget, you will be presented with everything from that particular photographer!

      • Thanks for the tip. I’ll have a browse through your site tomorrow. I love exploring new countries and I’m sure your site is going to show me little nuggets I didn’t even know existed!
